"Clean room"

"I booked this hotel for 3/14-3/15 and somehow there was a glitch in the system and it booked it for 3/12 which I was in a totally different state. Expedia is saying even though it was a glitch on their system they have to ask the hotel for a refund. I have called the hotel and spoke with dev and Jay and they both said they approved the refund. Expedia is telling me they still didn’t that I’m being lied to and I never got to stay there that day because I was in Oklahoma not in Texas. I never booked for that date. I have not seen a refund for my money and no one will return my calls. This is the worst customer service experience. Because the hotel is saying one thing and Expedia another but no one wants to refund me my money. "

"Hotel was awful. The old lady in the front was horrible, super rude. Very poor customer service. They only gave me one room key and when I went to ask for another she was annoyed by it. There were cockroaches everywhere and they false advertise queen size beds when in reality they were full. It was a horrible experience, never staying there again!!!"

"Definitely cosy home with everything you need . Clean and enough space for a big family or group . Close to alot of stores restaurants and the river walk . Would definitely recommend to stay in this home . Definitely a place my family and I would go back and stay at . Host was easy to reach at anytime and polite. Definitely a great stay in our books!!!! Neighbor was quiet and my kids enjoyed being able to play outside in the yard. Made us feel like home away from home ! Definitely recommend!!!!"

"Best experience. The staff were tremendously helpful and supportive. We received tremendous help from Venessa and Samantha for kids and family. Breakfast is good. But one thing to mention - only pork items - no chicken/ turkey in 2 days. Overall great 😃"
