"Breakfast was fresh and good selection. Pool was great and clean Staff was so friendly Loved the beds got made daily It was too far from Disney IMO took appx 20-25 mins walking and the shuttle to take was $15 each way (not done by them) which was super over priced."

"The bi-level loft room we booked at the Clementine Hotel & Suites worked awesome for our family of eight Disneyland trip! There were four adult couples and the beds available made it possible for us to all stay in the same clean room and not be overcrowded. There were two bathrooms with showers which also worked great when getting ready to venture out. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and covers. The hot breakfast and different choices daily was perfect for the morning and the on site parking was plenty and big enough to accommodate our 12 passenger van with no problem at all. There was also a sport court basketball court right by our room which was awesome and an added surprise for us boys! The hotel is also pretty close to Disneyland as an Uber ride was only $8! The only negative was that the pullout couch bed was a little on the smaller side than normal couch pullout, but we made it work and brought a double queen air mattress that we could've easily fit in the living room space. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Disneyland!"

"I was excited to stay here because it seemed super family friendly, really close to Disney which was the purpose of our trip and seemed super convenient. As soon as we got to are room is when the issues started. The cleanliness was terrible. The comforters had blood stains on them along with the bed frame. There was hair in the bathroom and gum underneath the table. I requested to have it recleaned and mentioned all the things I noticed. When we got back from dinner, the room seemed untouched. Only the bedding was changed. We requested to have room switch that we ended up waiting for 30 minutes for them to open a new room for us. And when the crib was finally delivered at 9:30pm, after almost 2 hours of requesting, room service knocked and woke the kids up after we clearly told them not to knock. Over all, it was one thing after another that made us very unhappy. Then even the restaurant “poppy’s” that is on property ripped us off as well. Let’s just say we will never be staying there again."

"Overall 3 out of 5. Not horrible, but for the price, was expecting more up to date, room was looking a little outdated. First time staying there, parking definitely thumbs down, very little and compact. Best part was location of walking distance to disneyland, 5 out of 5, walking distance was the selling point. Good experience first time stay."
