When we arrived at the hotel guests were smoking right outside the front door, it took 10 minutes for someone to help us, there were receipts for other guests with their personal information sitting out on the counter for everyone to see. The elevator smelt like cigarettes. The hotel room smelt like dirty feet, the room came with a kitchen but there was absolutely nothing to cook with. The bathroom floor was stained and dirty.

Not impressed. When the staff shows no respect for the property or their jobs I don't have much desire to stay again. The front desk was unoccupied most of the time while they sat outside and smoked. The check-in staff member basically said she wouldn't stay in some of the rooms. Some rooms were not cleaned and could not be rented. I could go on.

Having the full size refrigerator, microwave, sink with garbage disposal in room was awesome. Bathroom was not super clean, I travel with Lysol spray, so that wasn't great. Great beds, lots of pillows. Staff helpful all trip. Great location for what we needed. Rooms were quiet. For busy place all we heard was 1 dog barking Will stay again.

Spacious clean room with kitchenette (optional dishes and pots and pans). Full size fridge and microwave. Housekeeping on 4 day schedule, but you can change linens and towel. Had to ask for more toiletries. Slow draining sink was not addressed. Staff was pleasant but seemed disinterested. Location off interstate 90 with good restaurant options. Some cooking smells in corridor from longer term stays (we were here for 6 nights).Would stay here again.
