Comfort Inn Missoula near University
My only complaint is that they need to take some vinegar to the shower head. Very little water comes out.

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Missoula Airport
Nicely updated, and well appointed also very clean really great staff all in all a very nice stay! One thing to note is there is not really anything nearby within walking distance as far as stores and restaurants go. But of course, very convenient to the airport.
