We arrived early, they held our luggage. The front desk ladies were so nice and helpful with recommendations.... that were spot on! Great lication to walk everywhere. The best shnitzel is right across the street.room was clean with with an amazing balcony view. Would stay here again and again. Check out with gentleman was effortless.

Staffs English poor so limited their ability to advise us on restaurants… no English speaking TV channel, even BBC. Hotel restaurant only open for breakfast, even though they showed menus for lunch,dinner- prices high. Lobby very pedestrian which made it feel more like a B and B. Location great. Overall good.

"The staff here were amazing during our stay! After our concert was cancelled they all helped boost our spirits with our own little concert in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel after the experience we had with the staff there!"
