Ruim huis, met wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar moeite waard en prijstechnisch prima.
Helaas wat bij aankomst niet alles schoon: heel veel dode muggen op de muren van de slaapkamers, putjes douche vol met haren, koffieapparaat met filter, onderlaken bedden vol haren, op 1 van de kamers rook het onderlaken naar 'poepluiers', badmatje met lippenstift erop, vuurplaats vol peuken, fornuis ...
