"It was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Due to construction in the area, it was inconvenient to access. One bad experience was a band that was practicing in the adjoining room at 9 pm, so we couldn't sleep. After filing complaint with the front desk, she called the room. When that didn't work, after a second complaint, she came up to the room to talk to them in person. The noise then stopped. Overall experience was okay."
