"Hands down this is the best we’ve stayed at in Oaxaca. The personnel is friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to help and meet all our needs. We travelled with two children and it was a great environment for them. The food was amazing and the rooms are nice. I had stayed there two other times and they keep improving. The best part is they are block from from El Zocalo and across the street from the Mercado. My husband stayed with our children while I did some shopping and I felt completely safe along going back and forth to drop off items. We did a late checkout on our checkout date and it was perfect. The only downside is that they don’t have on site parking. Parking lot is about 3 blocks away and the unloading zone is down the block but it very limited. However, I believe majority of all other hotels near there are also the same. Whenever I go back to Oaxaca I will stay at Hotel Trebol without thinking about it. "

"This was my 4th trip to Oaxaca but my first staying in a hotel. Best decision! The hotel itself is beautiful in an old, historic building. We loved the courtyard not only to eat but just to hang out and visit with our family. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Ricardo, manager, and all of the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The area/neighborhood is quiet but is an easy walk to anywhere you might want to go. We will definitely stay here again on future visits and recommend it to anyone else - it was a fabulous experience!"

"Fantastic stay and they also they offer a shuttle service which was great if you needed to run short distances. The roof top was amazing which you can order drinks and food. We had booked five rooms and the only hicup was at check in. Unfortunately after having an early morning flight, we had to wait two hours to get our rooms when checking in. But, after we got our rooms, it was smooth sailing. Throughout our stay, there was three weddings and two other events. The hotel is popular especially during wedding season. We would definitely stay again when visiting Oaxaca. "

"Hotel stay was good. The location is perfectly situated. The staff is amazing and they follow up on any concerns you have. Our Internet in our room was not good from 5pm to 10pm but the staff tried there very best to get it sorted out and by the final night it was better. I felt very safe staying here. Thanks again for all your understanding Centrico Live603 for a wonderful stay. Oaxaca is so beautiful and the food here in Oaxaca is by the best in Mexico!!"

"Fabulous hotel. Expensive but worth it - staff were fantastic and really helpful organising anything we needed, room was very high spec, breakfast was excellent with an amazing number of options albeit it was expensive. Location was perfect - really close to the historic centre which was a short walk away and the area behind the hotel was also fabulous with loads of street art, shops, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel"
