Extremely good location! The staff are friendly, and the room is spacious. The lobby and corridors are a bit dark, but this is not an issue at all. Highly recommended.

Good location in Mito

Very convenient location a few blocks from the metro station and right in front of the education park. There’s a parking lot behind the hotel and the hotel will validate parking. Decent room size (for Japan) and good wifi

1泊でしたが快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 建物自体はいくぶん年数が経っており、レトロ感もありますが、ベッドや水回りは最新化されており、室温も管理されており寒い時期ですが部屋の中でゆっくり眠ることができました。 朝食は、和定食、中華粥、洋定食の3種から選ぶことが出来、和定食をいただきました。水戸ですので納豆の小鉢がついてました。

大みそかに宿泊し、翌朝はおせちをいただきました。口コミの通り水回りの設備は新しく、部屋もスペースは十分で、大きな窓から山側（駅の反対側）を見渡すことができました。自宅にはテレビを置いていないので、大きい画面があるのも私にとってはホテルならではの楽しみでした。建物は歴史を感じ、壁に汚れやへこみはあるものの、全体としては快適に過ごせました。 ただ一点、ユニットバスで湯舟を使用した後、お湯の抜けがかなり悪かったのが気になりました。排水口を確認したところ、排水溝にかぶせられている円形のごみ取りネットの形に固まった髪の毛と白い粉状の塊が出てきました。入浴前の状態は確認していなかったためなんともいえませんが、これはショッキングでした。

水戸では格式あるホテルで悪くはないが、やはり古さは否めない 古いと言っても、伝統ある老舗ホテルの高級感までは無い 冬なのに室内にハエが2匹飛んでたが、二重窓なのでその間に追い込んだ 朝の新聞はフロントに置いてあるとのことだったが、チェックアウトの時間にはもう無かった 高級ホテルでは部屋まで好みの新聞を届けてくれるのだが、このホテルでは望むべくもないか いずれにせよコスパは疑問

建物が古く、少し不安でしたが、中は改装されてましあ。エアコンや窓など、一部設備は古いままですが(バスルームは改装済み)、泊まるには支障ありません。それにしても京成グループなので、やはりスタッフさんはとてもしっかりされてますね。観光地にも徒歩圏内ですし、観光には至便。コスパは良いと思いました。選んで良かったです。
