"The only thing that I could say that was an inconvenience was that I couldn’t heat up my food. Please create another place just for people who can heat up their meals or milk etc Because sometimes we need to feed our children at odd hours or an elderly mother And it’s in conversation when someone says Oh we can’t allow you to do that Because it can contaminate out microwave. It’s always important to have it available to the Guest who are staying at your facility."

"Rooms smaller and more dated than some newer hotels ( eg Grand Hyatt where we also stayed) but the breakfast and service impeccable and the best we experienced on our 2week trip. Swimming pool area as good , if not better than Grand Hyatt. The only negative is that the room doors are quite heavy so you hear them banging as well as the wooden bathroom doors and wardrobes. Grand Hyatt rooms larger and more open plan so no noise at all but breakfast and serve at pool nowhere near as good as Oriental "

"Great lovely room, had trouble a few times with the iPad when controlling the tv in the room but the staff were great at helping me with it. Breakfast was ok. Serviceable - could have done with more variety but all in all good. Area was so close to food market and local to all amenities so great spot"
