This accommodation enjoys a unique location, right on the slopes of this winter sports paradise.

Cozy 3-bedroom apartment for up to 6 people – ideal for families or friends.
The accommodation is located at an altitude of 1,200 m, directly on the ski slope between Kirchberg and Kitzbühel – just 50 m from the gondola! A true ski-in/ski-out dream in a winter paradise.

Two modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional bathroom with a bathtub await you. The spacious southwest-facing balcony (40 m²) with loungers and garden furniture offers wonderful views. The open fireplace ensures cozy evenings after a day in the snow.

In winter, the MoorAlm restaurant next door invites you to enjoy lunch or dinner. Fresh rolls are available to order from the nearby bakery.

Amenities include a ski storage room with ski boot heaters, two underground parking spaces, and a well-kept communal garden with seating. In summer, the nearby forest (100 m) and a lake (8 km) are great destinations.

Prachtige locatie en ligging perfecte ski in ski out. Huosje heel mooi warm ingericht. Onthaal bij aankomst is veel te gehaast, terwijl wij papiere moesten invullen en auto.s parkeerden kregen de kinderen een rondleiding door het huis die al klaar was toen eenmaal de auto geparkeerd stond. Heel vreemd. Geen instructie voor uitchecken en helemaal niemand gezien bij weggaan. Sleutel maar gewoon op de balie gelegd. Glazen van servies is rommeltje bij elkaar en te weinig voor 6 personen. Er is helemaal geen apres ski Maar terras van restaurant bij chalets kan je nog wel een drankje doen maar wordt je al snel weggestuurd omdat ze 17 uur al sluiten. Toni alm iets hoger op de piste is daar fantastisch alternatief.
