Excellent hotel all round. Friendly staff, lovely room with swim up pool.

Everyone was very welcoming. The breakfast was perfect. The hosts went out of their way to be sure there were gluten free options. My wife and I loved it.

Very good food, nice quiet place and not over crowded, pools were perfect, very helpful great staff, so glad we stayed here.

We had a superior sea view room which did not disappoint. We only stayed 3 nights but thoroughly enjoyed it. Evenings are chilled, and daytimes we used the private beach. An overall luxurious resort.

I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is advertised as a 5-star establishment, but the reality is nowhere near that standard. I completely feel like I did not get my money's worth. Here is a breakdown of why I cannot recommend this hotel: Misleading Amenities & Facilities: The description claims there are four swimming pools, which is a massive stretch—in my eyes, there is only one real pool. In the gym, the treadmill was completely out of order. As for entertainment, it was non-existent. The only "entertainment" you will find here is a cat wandering around the property during the day. Disappointing Buffet & Bar Service: If you don't show up early, the buffet empties out quickly. One evening at 9:00 PM, there was no chicken left. Even though the buffet doesn't close until 9:30 PM, the chef flat out refused to replenish it. Furthermore, they only provide water bottles upon arrival and do not replenish them during your stay, which feels incredibly cheap for an all-inclusive hotel. The bars were frequently left unattended, and the main bar closed at 5:30 PM instead of its scheduled 6:00 PM closing time. Room Maintenance & Front Desk Issues: My room flooded because the shower drain was completely clogged, and the toilet seat was loose. I had to ask the front desk three separate times to fix these issues. They only finally intervened after I escalated the matter and spoke directly to the manager. Poor Management & Staff Attitude: I raised all of these points
