"If you have tattoos you cannot use the onsens or pool area. Room and all was clean and nice, but we wanted to use the amenities and were disappointed when we found out we couldn’t."

"Amazing stay, wish we'd stayed more than one night. Easy to get to with the train and shuttle bus, but I'd recommend sending your luggage ahead of time as the train and shuttle have limited space and get busy. Great buffet food, but limited vegetarian options for my wife."
