This was an ideal apartment for a family of 4. It is a good size, all amenities are included (eg washing machine/dryer, kitchenette, fridge, freezer, microwave wave, Toaster, rice cooker all included in the room). Staff were super helpful. Lots of public transport options nearby made getting around super easy. Would stay again and wholeheartedly recommended to anyone.

My family of 4 stayed for a week. The unit was pretty spacious when considering the usual size of a hotel room in Tokyo. The amenities were good in particular the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and gave good support for a good night's sleep. The hotel was close to a metro station and was convenient for going to places.

The same breakfast at two days in a row. Considering the amount I paid for, the breakfast was poor. I wish one dinner with Japanese styles and the other with Western style. Two dinners in Western styles were not so much excited.

The rooms and amenities are so clean and amazing. Staff are the most welcoming, friendly and hospitable. The dining- breakfast and dinner selections are great as well. Our second time going here and won’t be the last time. Highly recommended!
