Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel. It was in a very convenient location with direct access to Shinjuku station via underground passage and in close proximity to the Central Shopping Area. It also gave us a clear view of the light show on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. However, there were a few minor issues with the room. Although we specifically requested for a non-smoking room, the room slightly smelled like smoke throughout our two night stay. The blanket and bed sheets were also very thin and slid off very easily.

"I didn’t expect we had to pay additional for the use of the thermal rooms & book sessions. Check in process was a bit long. And having to make reservations for dinner & the shuttles was a bit inconvenient as the location was a bit far from the town/convenience stores. Otherwise breakfast was lovely. ..."

"I will start with my critic feedback first: the bathroom was like airplane bathroom. The entire room is so good, it has everything what you need , Including the clothes to go to Olsen, but the bathroom is very dated, small and crampy. Staff is 5/5. They want to make sure you are happy and comfortable ..."
