We had a room where the heater (a/c) unit that was not working well. The first night, the room was really cold, even if there was an extra heater. When I asked for an extra heater, I was only offered extra blankets. Also, the hot water tap wasn't working in the kitchen.

3世代で宿泊しました。 明るくゆとりのある清潔感ある部屋で、孫たちも喜んでいました。ちいさなキッチンもあり、便利でした。滞在中ひとつ選べる、マンゴーのドリンクor大福orアイスがうれしかったです。冷蔵庫の冷凍機能が調子悪かったのか、アイスクリームが溶けてしまい残念でした。
