"I would have scored this a 3.5 if half points were allowed!! The staff were incredibly friendly and it was in a good location. They have a happy hour when you check in which was a nice touch and give you a face mask. The Sento is very small as was my room having to step over my suitcase to get to the bathroom as there was nowhere to put it. is very small "

"It’s all about dogs there. Love how the Japanese love their furkids. Hygiene measures, dog runs, dog onsen with humans, dogs can access everywhere in this hotel, even the restaurants."
