The staff are really friendly and welcoming

Room clean, staff friendly, for all inclusive a lot of the items were missing or permanently off (mango Thai sticky rice, several wine options, some drinks, etc.) which was frustrating because it left you with limited options. Thai restaurant was great, cocktails for all inclusive were mostly good, the buffet dinner was not our favorite. The Italian restaurant had good steak and food. Beach has some beach boys that do aggressively follow you. We didn’t go to beach much because of this. For the pools, people come out early and “reserve” spots and then don’t come to the pool until hours later. This needs to be banned by management as it is entirely entitled and rude. Room was very large and amenities were nice. Bed was very firm and my husband was in pain every morning. We would come back. Overall it was a good experience. They give Kenyan resident rates which is nice but they’re almost the same price as Expedia.

Clean room, great staff and good activities throughout the day. Food was really good and varied. Entertainemnt in the evening was a bit of a let down, could be better.

First and Foremost l would like to get the shout outs out of the way: Claus or is it Klaus- you rock! Tom wa Housekeeping- a rocky start to the visit, at the end of it though you rocked. I came to understand that you were overwhelmed, there was a shortage of staff and you were only doing what you can. Shukran for all that you did for us during out stay. Nancy and the lady who checked us- I apologize that l can't recall your name- you were awesome!!!!! My favorite thing about your spot is the swimming pool. I am a fan and l enjoyed it completely and totally. I was not a fan of the outside meal locations: the food was not always hot/warm by the time one sat down to eat it. The lay out of the locations is something else that l was not a fan of, none of them were flat or concrete, lighting was not awesome- when we were there Kenya Power did their thing, then the extension cords that were everywhere as one walked to get their meal- l get it was about adding variety, at the same time l found it risky and dangerous.

Lovely place for a couple of nights. Rooms lacking in comfortable chairs just to sit though.
