The room was decent, with a large, comfortable bed and a beautiful sea view. However, I was surprised to find that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the bathroom, which meant we had to go out to a supermarket to purchase our own. Another unexpected aspect was that access to the spa facilities (pool, steam room, etc.) came at an additional cost. I’ve stayed at several spa hotels before, and this was the first time I’ve encountered a separate fee for using these amenities. Unfortunately, we also weren’t able to book a massage, as appointments were fully booked during our stay. It’s worth noting that the spa is located in a separate building, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and requires guests to purchase swimming caps if you don’t have your own. Parking is available for €12 per night.

AC works only in manual mode. Either you turn it on or off manually, it doesn’t stop blowing. It impossible to sleep with open windows becase the hotel is on the hill, and motorcycles make laud noise during the nights. There no good restaurants around, all serve just tapas. To find one you have to walk at least a mile. In general all restaurants on the main street in Moana are kind of weak, nothing worth noting. The carpet in the hallways in the hotel is weared out. The all furniture is from ikea, it is still new, and look ok. The beds and pillows are firm and not comfortable, pillows are synthetic and they are awful. Refrigerator was barely cooling. Dont buy their Spa package, you will have to schedule appointment and then build your day around it, and there is no AC inside this spa, there no air to breathe. On the positive side, the view is great, but only from the rooms facing the bay. Parking is free on the street, it possible to find one any day. The beach in Moana is not good, there is low tide avery time i was passing by. You have to have a car to go places from this hotel. It is very overpriced and mot worth the money.

Nos ha encantado. Destacar la atención recibida tanto en recepción como los camareros del desayuno. En especial la atención de Rodrigo (creo recordar que se llamaba así, camarero del desayuno en el buffet) por su impecable atención hacia nosotros con el detalle de tener la trona siempre preparada y su dedicación en explicarnos el funcionamiento del buffet y que su repostería era de una pastelería local. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda

Séjour familial de deux jours. Nous avons pris deux chambres pour quatre. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner ni le restaurant associé. Le parking est payant à l'hôtel mais nous avons facilement pu nous garer autour. L'hôtel n'est pas très loin du centre-ville. Il est propre et le personnel serviable. Attention pour eux les clients enfants ça s'arrête à 11 ou 12 ans alors que sur l'application hôtel c'est 18 ans. Dans notre cas vu que nous avions pris deux chambres doubles ça n'a pas eu d'impact mais la personne qui a fait notre réception nous en a fait la remarque.

Hotel muy nuevo y confortable. Algo apartado peroen zona tranquila y de fácil aparcamiento. El spa esta a 70 metros en otro edificio y no entra con la habitación. Por lo demás un 10.

Está en la zona nueva del pueblo, en la parte alta, con buenas vistas de la montaña y la ría y aparcamiento razonablemente sencillo. El desayuno era limitado pero de buena calidad y el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Como única pega quizás el hecho de que el spa no esté en el mismo edificio.
