This beach house is a beautiful three bedroom, two full bath retreat with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. This warm, comfortable beach home has beds for six (2 queens, 1 double). Up to 8 allowed, but bring your own air mattresses, or sleep on the sofa! And your pets are very welcome here - no weight limits, no pet fee.

The home is situated right on the beach with private access, literally steps away - 49 paces to the sand. Enjoy kite flying, 'beach golf,' leisurely walks, and the cold Pacific water for those who dare a dip. Wish for a beautiful sunset & a dramatic storm. Or just spend a relaxing day on the beach, with your accommodations just steps away.

Want to see some sights? The locale of Moclips makes it nicely situated for day trips to the Olympic National Park’s rainforests and wild ocean beaches. Day trips to Lake Quinault, the Hoh rain forest, Ruby Beach and Kalaloch Lodge are within easy reach. Ocean Shores is a 20 minute jaunt down the scenic coast (highway 109) with shops, restaurants, beach festivals, and the Quinault casino. A two-night stay in Moclips can be worked into a terrific Pacific Northwest tour. Northern destinations include Forks (scenic setting of Twilight), Hurricane Ridge or a ferry to Victoria on Vancouver Island of British Columbia.

This is a great place for lots of beach fun, quiet solitude or Olympic Peninsula adventure.

NOTE RE CELL PHONES: Cell service throughout the Moclips area is poor, and more so at the house. There are only a few spots in the house where voice may be possible, depending on your service provider (Verizon seems to work best), a few more spots where texting works. There is a VOIP landline, free service for domestic long distance calls.

NOTE RE TV: The only T.V. is in the bedroom with the trundle bed, there is a limited selection of videos and DVDs. The T.V. is a 32" smart flat screen, with wireless connectivity for Netflix, Hulu, etc., and it's easy to move to another room. There are additional cable outlets in the other downstairs bedroom, and in the loft, but no extra hook-up cables. The cable channel selection is limited, see the basic cable lineup at Coast Communications.

Fantastic stay

This is the second year we have stayed there. Nothing critical we can say. We were exceptionally pleased with all aspects of the stay. Location couldn't be better, house was beautiful and very well furnished, views unbeatable and communication and all transactions were flawless.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Love this house and location. It has the most beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and sky and quick easy access to the beach. Easy check in and good communication with the owners. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Peace and Quiet Spot

The view, location, and accommodations were perfect for our two couple group. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with cookware, and the beds were comfy for all. The short trip to Seabrook for groceries and beverages was an easy drive. We could definitely have stayed here longer to just relax and breathe in the ocean air, but we did enjoy our forays into Olympic NP. Great place to stay!

What a great spot! Literally steps from the beach on a private path off the deck. And, oh, that deck... Super clean, and very comfortable and roomy. The pictures say it all, so trust them!

Fantastic!

This was the most week well stocked cabin we've ever stayed in. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen and bathrooms. The view is incredible, the deck is spacious and the wood path down to the beach makes it an easy walk. The master suite up in the loft has it's own bathroom and the bed faces the ocean so you can watch the sun set and be warm and cozy.

Perfect Coastal Getaway

This house is the PERFECT coastal getaway. It’s an ideal location to look at and hear the ocean and walk down to enjoy it with the pups. The kitchen has modern appliances and and setup well to cook together. The spare rain coats and rain boots were such a nice touch to help us enjoy a rainy evening attempting to get some clams! We loved our stay with the dogs and will be back again:

Amazing Weekend Getaway

This house is exactly as advertised and more! Beautiful home, very clean, fantastic deck and views, pet friendly and a short private walk to the beach. Given we went in March, the trail was extremely wet but also very managable. We were 4 adults but I can see how this would be a great place for kids, with all of the amenities this house offers. We’ll be back!

Great location, good for families

We enjoyed this house. The beds need to be redone, for two couples, linens as well as sizes, but we made them work ok for two couples with one sleeping on a bunk bed as the available beds are queen (me) and double (not for 2 people). Good for kids only. Kitchen was great. The path to the beach is made of wooden planks and works GREAT!

Moclips Beach House

Wonderful house, worked quite well for our family. It is clean and very well stocked. The microwave was not working, but we got along fine without it. Path to the beach was easy and close. The weather was beautiful, and we had a great time! Thanks for sharing your home!

Family Time

I LOVE THIS PLACE! This was my second time staying at the Moclips cabin. This place is stocked with everything we needed for beach activities, games/puzzles for indoors, and a warm outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. It was so relaxing to sit in this cozy cabin talking and watching the weather roll in off the water. I’m sure I’ll be visiting the home again in the future! ☺️

Fabulous stay!

This place had it all and then some! We absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the owners were very generous about sharing what they had. The view of the beach and ocean was fantastic. We watched the waves and many birds flit about the willows. We even had a bald eagle sit on the post in front of the house one morning. The beach was easy to walk because it was flat and the sand packed. We both slept well on the comfy bed.

Winter Beach Getaway

We had a great weekend! Even though we were a bit socked in by rainy, windy weather (we knew what to expect at this time of year!) , we stayed warm and cozy in the fully stocked house. We listened to music, did puzzles and played games. We enjoyed making meals in the wonderful kitchen and even used the grill in the rain. We hope to come back to this beautifully quiet corner if the world. Thank you!

25th anniversary trip

What can I say. This is our 2nd time staying with Paul. We are already planning our 3rd. This kitchen is fully stocked. The view brought tears to my eyes, yes even the 2nd time! Close to Aberdeen for shopping and close to Quinalt Rainforest for a beautiful hike. My husband left his cpap and they overnighted it to me via the mail! Restful stay and consistent good service from amazing hosts! Thank you Paul!!!

Ocean Front & Dog Friendly Fabulous

We had a wonderful time and will highly recommend this place to others (I already have). Very spacious, fabulous view, amazing loft and view, very clean, and well stocked with supplies. It's always hard to find a place that will allow dogs, and 2 no less! The place was right on the beach and it was a short jaunt along a private plank path to the water. We loved that we could completely detach and relax. It was very comfortable and we spent hours listening to the ocean from the deck. We will definitely come back to stay! Best vacation stay ever.

I (we) have stayed in many rental places around the country - and even some parts of the world - for many years. This property was far and away the best we have ever stayed in. We have stayed near the Pacific Ocean from California, Oregon and Washington and have never found a place with such ease of access to the beach and relative seclusion. The house is beautiful and came fully stocked with everything imaginable. It felt like home when we walked through the front door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and my wife had what she described as the best birthday celebration ever. We tried hard to find something that needed improvement but could find nothing. We hope we have a chance to stay there again.
