"THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND ACCOMADATING. THE ELEVATOR WAS DOWN SO THAT WAS A SLIGHT INCONVENIENCE BUT THE STAFF WAS FORTHCOMING AND VERY HELPFUL. THE COMMON AREAS WERE WELL MAINTAINED AND SIMPLE. OUR WAS ROOM WAS CLEAN AND AMENITIES INCLUDING BREAKFAST WERE GOOD. THE HEATED POOL WAS NICE ON A FALL DAY AFTER BEING AT THE OCEAN!!! I AM GUESSING WE WILL RETURN WHEN AT OCEAN SHORES."

"What is there not to love?? We got great weather so we were at the beach every day. Went swimming at night. Played games in the social living room. There was soo much to do. Kids love the play house no matter how cold it was outside. The staff is very knowledgeable of the town, places to eat, shop, and play. Staff was also very super loving on the dogs too. Treats and lots of pets. The room feels like a home rather than a hotel. Loved being able to save money by making our own dinners and lunches. Will definitely be coming back!"

"I've been staying here for the past 7 years and while the counter staff have a heavy accent that with my bad hearing can be a challenge we always get it figured out. That being said all my stays here have been excellent. It's an older hotel and shows some signs of age but nothing major. The rooms have been clean and comfortable and both me and my granddaughter have had some great times there that we will always remember. On this stay the staff went out of their way to make her 25th birthday a great memory. we both appreciate all that they did for us and wish to thank them all."
