"We put the sign on the door asking for our room to be cleaned while we were gone after two nights, we were gone 6 hours but the room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to the front desk and get supplies, towels, coffee, garbage bags, which would have been replaced by a maid. I told them no one came to do the room and other than getting the items I requested they didn't offer to make it right."

"We were able to check in a little early. The employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Our suite was clean and well stocked with coffee. Enjoyed the gas fireplace! Plan to return!!"

"Amazing hosts and house! Perfect for our 4 kids aged 7-14. The garage with the ping pong table was a hit and they loved the hot tub as well. The house is close to everything while also very quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon. "

"The hot tub would not get hot. We were unable to use it and i have tried to contact someone to help with a partial reimbursement for that amenity not working and have not been successful. I am very upset about that. The railing on our balcony was extremely dangerous and unsafe for the family. There was a lot of mold on the window seal by the bunk beds i had to clean as well as moldy garage so we couldn't park in there. The heater in the carriage (except the bedroom) did not work and was cold for my parents. Super frustrating. Also because we didn't book through "Seabrook" themselves, we were not allowed to use the pool! We payed so much to stay here and couldn't use the pool or the hot tub. Super frustrated. "
