For the price it’s a good hotel. Not really in walkable distance of anywhere to eat but the on site paddock restaurant was exceptional. Very friendly reception staff And of course the obvious- Ferrari theme was a plus.

A nice boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant and dining room - central and brilliantly clean and efficient. Unfortunately no TV channels apart from a French Channel in the English Language.

Very close to the Centrale train station and an easy walk into the city centre. Excellent choices for breakfasts, lovely staff and very clean.

Staff were very indifferent both on arrival and check out. Breakfast was chaotic, the coffee machine exploded at one point and the room is far too small for guests to eat and serve themselves. The area around the hotel is not desirable. The room was very basic for the price I paid. No facilities for hot drinks. Walls are very thin and bedding was inadequate. There was simply a sheet and no duvet cover? Damp marks on the wallpaper above the window.

"Rooms are spacious, clean and refreshed everyday. The location/ambience was nice and serene. Not far from Modena city centre at all. Breakfast options were decent.
