Rosada Country House. Family Villa with garden

This early 20th-century villa is a typical "villino" of the Modica countryside and was renovated in 2025. A shared pool is available 1.5 km away.

On the ground floor is the living room with a sideboard, two sofas, and a bar cabinet, the dining room with a 42-inch TV, a large solid-wood table, and eight chairs, and the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.
Also on the ground floor, the dining room leads to a large master suite featuring: a walk-in closet, a king-size bed, a double sofa bed, a study area with a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. This sleeping area is completed by a second bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities.
From the living room, a convenient staircase made of “pietra pece”—a material typical of the Ragusa region—leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find: a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional single bed in the connecting area between the two bedrooms; the ground floor is completed by a third large bathroom with a shower.
Rosada Country House is located on a private property of approximately 10,000 square metres and is fully fenced, partly with traditional dry-stone walls and partly with agricultural fencing.
It is centrally located between the towns of Ispica, Modica, and Pozzallo and is very close to the sea and the beautiful, well-equipped beaches of Pozzallo, Maganuco, and Sampieri.
Our guests are welcome to use the semi-Olympic-sized pool at the nearby Hotel Danieli—just 1.5 km away—free of charge whenever they wish.
It is well-suited for two families to stay together comfortably, with one family staying upstairs and the other downstairs.
