"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"I stayed at the Tenuta Torre Diana hotel for a couple of nights last weekend, using it as a base for travel to the Grand Prix. All of my expectations were blown away! The hotel is absolutely *gorgeous*, packed full of history and character. Every room I went in had its own story to tell. I had booked a room with a single bed, being on my own, but the manager had decided to upgrade my stay to one of their double rooms at no charge, which was hugely appreciated. "Very modern hotel with rooms that are more apartments than just hotel rooms. The food is great! There is a small spa, too. 50 Euros for two persons/three hours was a bargain. Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."

"We had a great stay in this hotel and are returning clients. The location is peaceful. The facilities of the pool ( indoor and outdoor) are great. When it rained the indoor pool was useful. The level of service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. We brought our dog and they even had a separate quiet restaurant area for those with dogs which we used both evenings. Overall a great stay, we will return. "
