"Great location centre of Peebles. Comfortable bedroom, clean and tidy. Tiny television but plenty to see in Peebles. Staff friendly and helpful especially reception staff. Good cooked breakfast but basic continental choices. Didnt detrack from stay and would return. Provided dog bed and bowl in dog friendly room. Very welcoming. "

"Great place to stay in Moffat's main street. I had a single room with spacious bathroom, kettle with coffee/tea, biscuits and milk in a fridge with bottled water and cola. Comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean. Friendly bar with nice varied menu plus good breakfast. Loads of parking outside. Really enjoyed my stay."

"A convenient stop when travelling. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The building is old as is plumbing. The hot water was boiling in the evening and cool in the morning. Probably because everyone wanted a shower at the same time. The WiFi was slow and kept dropping. Usual shops are attached to the building. Costa, McDonalds, WHSmiths etc and M&S in the garage. "
