"As ever the reception staff at Annadale Water were outstanding (Especially Helen & Lisa). We had a difficult trip due to the car breaking down at the hotel and they were both accommodating and helpful. Ensuring the trauma of the event was not added to by pushy staff wanting us to vacate the room. The lake behind is just a fantastic addition to the stay here , giving you somewhere so much nicer to walk the dogs than around the car park. We actually look forward to our stays here, and will be back. "
