Eighth floor apartment in large private complex with access to swimming pool and bar / restaurant with wi fi service. Consisting of a kitchen corner, living room, bedroom for two, bathroom with bath and a beautiful bathtub and a large terrace with a table and a sofa to make the most of the wonderful climate of the Canary Islands and above all a breathtaking view of the ocean. Mini market just outside the complex. Natural beach just ten minutes walking. Served by taxi and bus. Half an hour from the airport, ten minutes from puerto rico and Puerto de Mogán, and twenty from Maspalomas / Meloneras.
