  • Enjoy views of the Atlantic from the shared rooftop solarium at Sunset Star Arguineguin. With step-free access both outside and inside, this holiday apartment is on the first floor of a four-story building. It features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, air conditioning, and fans. The building has an elevator. Relax on your private balcony in the evenings.



    Guests can unwind and sunbathe on the shared rooftop solarium with sea views and a shower. The property is just meters from the beach, with public transport links nearby. Note: the apartment’s balcony does not offer direct sea views.



    Free street parking is easy to find. A reserved garage space is available for guests with reduced mobility. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



    The apartment is just steps from Perchel Beach in Arguineguin, one of Gran Canaria’s sunniest areas. Everything you need is close by: supermarket (1–2 minutes’ walk), restaurants, and cafés. There’s a clinic and pharmacy on the same street, and a shopping center five minutes away on foot. The airport is a 30-minute drive or direct bus ride. Wonderful location.
