"We didn’t book breakfast as we had stayed in the past and it wasn’t good. Check in staff were efficient and friendly. Room cleaning is excellent and happens daily except Wednesday / Sunday. However we eventually had to strip our own bed after one week of the sheets not being changed. We were there for 10 days. The view was reasonable over the resort and pool. We find this hotel to be very good value for money and noticed that a Saturday night stay can be more than double that of other nights. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and choose it when we are looking for a decent good value stay. The room size is good, shower pressure excellent but kitchen & fridge is small for self catering. Could benefit from a toaster. Coffee maker & kettle is a bonus. Poolside & jacuzzi is very nice. Most coaches for drop off and pick up cannot get right to the hotel door so note that you require to walk uphill for a few minutes. Taxis are quick and easy from the resort amenities and since the hotel is uphill we use them a lot averaging just 5 euros per trip."

"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."

"Not a 5 star!! Don’t be fooled by the name, it’s like a good 3 star, had I of booked a 3 star I would have been impressed, I’m not just a Karen but when I book something I feel it should be deserving of the star rating, bedrooms are defiantly not upto the cleanliness standard, one tiny little shower gel provided, which isn’t replenished, told to put towels on the floor to be changed, came back to find our old dirty towels hung back up, reception don’t answer the phone, had to go down twice and finally got fresh towels 45 mins after which made us late to our reservation. No waiter service around the pool, queue up at one till that takes forever just to get a drink. You have to go elsewhere for takeaway food in yet another queue as you’re unable to get a drink at the same place! Pool towels can only be changed in 2 hour slots one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Manager never gets back to you. Listen if your used to a 3 star this hotel is fab but if your used to a 5 star save your money!"

"Fantastic value for money - The perfect location (not busy) and right by the beach. Please note you have to walk the beach via rocks or steep steps - so not suitable for kids or the elderly. Brilliant staff who really looked after us and gave my boyfriend a bottle for his birthday."

"Super Lage mit Blick auf den schönsten Strand im Süden. Shuttlebus zum Strand ist einmal die Stunde kostenfrei am Start. Man sollte wissen das es am Strand weder Liegen noch schattenspendende Schirme auf Hotelkosten gibt. Aber alles ist fair bezahlbar. Auch Taxifahrten vergleichsweise günstig. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt und könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Sonst insgesamt die erwartet gute Riu Qualität. Personal hervorragend und sehr kinderfreundlich. "
