Oh where to start!? From initial enquires to leaving Sue handled everything promptly and professionally⦠she is an absolute treasure!The property itself was immaculate and had everything you can think of⦠and more for an enjoyable stay. The property is well located, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Restaurants are varied, so spoilt for choice. Would happily return and recommend for a stress free holiday.
From our first contact with the property Manager Sue, we knew we were coming to a well organised property. Communication was clear and timely, the property was very clean and had all we needed for a relaxing stay just a few minutes walk down to the town, beach and waterfront.

Just back from 4 weeks in this lovely, cosy and very clean home. Were received by the perfect hoast Sue with the keys, and she told us all we needed to know about the house. Perfect for two, just like home, and the kitchen is new and fully equipped. Large terrace with sun from early morning till 16:00. Via the stairs just on the other side of the street you can walk to the beach in 10 min. and to two big supermarkets in 12-15 min. as well as restaurants. Quick and easy communication with Sue if we had any questions. Cleaning and fresh linen and towels once a week. Have been visiting Arguineguin for many years, but this is first class. This apartment must be one of the nicest and best equipped properties we have stayed in during the past ten years. It is a full-sized two bedroom, semi-detached house on two floors, including a roomy kitchen and separate sitting room. The furniture was excellent, including the beds. Plenty of high quality dishes, pots and pans, cooking gear, etc. There was even a garlic crusher! Excellent quality cooking appliances, large fridge, oven, microwave - and very speedy wifi (as well as large TV with associated programmes). Large balcony overlooking the town of Arguineguin, which got the sun between about 09.30 and 15.00. Two comfortable loungers with pads. An especially generous supply of very high quality towels for beach, balcony and bathroom. We also benefitted from the advice and assistance of the apartment's host, Sue; who happens to live nearby. I thought it was reasonably priced for such well-equipped accommodation. Highly recommended.
The best quality rental apartment we have ever stayed in
Beautifully presented and immaculately clean property. The outstanding thing is the high quality of ALL the equipment in the apartment. Fantastic kitchen wth quality appliances, extremely well equipped with everything for serious self-catering cooking (loads of sharp knives - who ever finds them in a rental property?). Very comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Superb lounge (bigger and more comfortable than it looks on the photos) with massive TV and good quality hifi. Library of books and CD's. Excellent utility room. Loads of shade and sun on the terrace with very comfortable sunloungers & reclining chairs. If you love walking, the location is brilliant - a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. If you struggle with hills or steps, you should have a car or other means of getting around. The manager Sue was extremely helpful and always available on Whatsapp for any queries. Although it sleeps four, and there are two sunbeds and two loungers on the terrace, the kitchen, lounge and dining options might feel a bit cramped. We were there as a couple, so had all the room in the world. We wouldn't hesitate to return and hope we can asap.
Well maintained apartment in a great location. We had a car, which meant we could easily explore the nearby beaches. Great food, great beaches - lovely stay. Sue the property host was excellent- we didnāt have any problems, communication great throughout

We had a very good four week stay at this nice house, which had everything we needed, and was exceptionally clean, with good towels and linens, comfy beds and pillows. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace which had the sun until 4 pm in February. Easy 7 minute walk into town, and not much more coming back up. We were very well looked after by Sue who was there to greet us on arrival, and was nearby for any advice. Arguineguin is a very pleasant town with plenty of shops and restaurants, and not as busy as the tourist hotspots further along the coast.
We have stayed in many holiday rentals over the years and can honestly say that this house is the cleanest and best equipped weāve ever had.
The terrace has really good quality furniture and the right mix of sun and shade for most of the day.
The local taxis are brilliant, reasonably priced and reliable. Arguineguin is on the bus route from Las Palmas to Puerto de Mogan so easy to get to anywhere along that route including the airport..
The manager, Sue, lives around the corner and is always available if required. Sheās also happy to chat and give information about the area.

The property was well equipped. And, Sue was fabulous in terms of information and helping us to become more familiar w/ the area. We explored the entire island and got to enjoy everything that the Gran Canary Island had to offer. The property allowed us to walk to the beaches at Arguinegan as well as drive to other parts of the island. We appreciated all of the amenities the property had to offer and more. It was a wonderful and memorable experience that showed us the pride of ownership and management of the property.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in ArguineguĆn und kƶnnen die vielen positiven Bewertungen uneingeschrƤnkt bestƤtigen. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber, ƤuĆerst gepflegt und bis ins Detail liebevoll ausgestattet.Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Sue, der Verwalterin, herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns alles in Ruhe erklƤrt und sich wƤhrend unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Man merkt sofort, dass ihr das Wohl der GƤste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Sue ist einfach toll ā vielen Dank dafür!Die Lage ist perfekt: In etwa 7 Minuten zu FuĆ ist man am Meer, auĆerdem gibt es zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants, GeschƤfte und SupermƤrkte in direkter LaufnƤhe. Trotzdem liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Wohngegend, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen kann.Das Haus selbst lƤsst wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht ā und sogar Dinge, die man sonst hier eigentlich nie braucht, wie zum Beispiel zwei Regenschirme. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die Küche: Die Messer sind geschliffen und wirklich scharf, was leider nicht selbstverstƤndlich ist. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie ausreichend Kleiderbügel, Handtücher und generell viel Stauraum sind vorhanden.Man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl und merkt, dass das Haus mit viel Sorgfalt geführt wird.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nƤchsten Aufenthalt
Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Super ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Für Selbstversorger, wie uns, eine Freude. Alles im Haus war top sauber. Sue hat uns sehr herzlich und nett empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Super Betreuung! Die Gegend ist abends sehr ruhig, was unseren Vorstellungen von Urlaub und Erholung entspricht. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche im wirklich komplett ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Besonders Sues Herzlichkeit bei Empfang und Abreise sorgte für gute Laune. Zu Fuss sind es wirklich sieben Minuten zum Strand und Ortszentrum, dort gibt es genügend Läden. Trotzdem ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert, ein guter Standort für Touren über die Insel! Leckeren frischen Fisch gibt es im Hafen zu kaufen oder im Restaurant

Wir hatten zwei wunderbar entspannende Wochen in dem vorzüglich eingerichteten Haus mit der schƶnen Terrasse, und Sue ist einfach eine groĆartige, aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Nur das Meer hƤtten wir gern ein bisschen nƤher gehabt.
