The host Elias was very accommodating and he was understanding of our trip, timing and tour timings and make sure we could shower after we return from the hike. "This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. The owner of this property is very sweet. The area is loud, close to the road and constantly hearing traffic. The cabin type room has a large portable fan which was great. Shower works well. Good stay for 1 night. "

"Un lugar muy equipado, buena atención, sin embargo tener en cuenta que el apartamento es para 8 personas (lo cual es ilógico que quepan en un carro) y ellos solo dan un espacio de parqueo para un carro y es literalmente reducido. También asegurarse bien de la tarifa con el anfitrión ya que expedía ofrece una que no es real. Por lo demás muy buena atención, y el apartamento tiene muy buenas condiciones. "

He went out of his was to make our stay wonderful and gave is some great recommendations. We enjoy our hike, pool with a slide and hot tub on the property. And they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. What a treat after a long day of travel and exploring CR. We would definitely stay here again."

Mini market and soda across the street were convenient and tasty! Owner recommended sights for us to see which were great! Very clean unit and accurate description of amenities. "Tidy and roomy, but bed was too firm for me and no hot water. It was very difficult for the taxi driver to find the location due to no address, or sign. We finally had to call them for directions. Maria and hubby were very accommodating, but said they couldn't do anything about the lack of hot water until the next day due to needing a part. They acted as taxi drivers to get us to the park and also to La Fortuna, stopping at stores as needed along the way. Super nice! They don't speak English,...
