"We had a wonderful time staying at this property and since it was green season there were not many other guests. Parking was easy, the unit was spotless, and there were 2 pools, a trampoline, and a playground to enjoy. This property is a short walk to beautiful Playa Hermosa and a number of restaurants. Right across the street is a little mini mart and a pizza place that is open later (came in handy one evening!). We would stay here again! "

I called the property manager and asked them to send someone. It was three days of excuses and apologies and we never were able to get anyone there to troubleshoot the issue.
