"The staff at Planet Hollywood are fantastic. Very inviting, friendly, accommodating, and truly display the idea of 'Pura Vida'. "A RIU property never disappoints! Beautiful facilities, beautiful views and clean comfortable rooms! Always avoid naming staff members because I’ll for sure leave out someone that made our stay extra enjoyable. Everyone there is always very friendly and takes pride in their work. Can’t wait until our next adventure!"

"The hotel is in such a beautiful location, the staff at the restaurant and bar were absolutely wonderful, aswell as the front desk staff. Only thing I would point out is to make sure you bring your own water as there wasn’t water bottles or etc. Poolside bar is wonderful too!"
