The staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom needed some work as the drain kept blocking. There were not enough hangers to use and the storage space was inappropriate. Overall the hotel was pleasant and comfortable.

Hot tub was terrible. It was set at 41 degrees so we couldn't use it. By the time itgot down to a reasonable temperature we were leaving, it was dirty so a waste of money. Staff cannot do enough for you but the hotel is looking a bit tatty.

The staff was extremely personable. I watching the Champion's League final with one of the staff after check-in. There is a lovely cat who greeted me each day when I returned home. These graces are more than one can expect for at a large hotel. Stay here instead. It is wonderful!

Great villa with excellent facilities and beautiful pool. Superb hospitality and facilities. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, with something for everyone. The pool area was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable, with plenty of loungers to relax on. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Morocco, 5 star in all areas!
