Place was great! Staff were lovely soecially tge care taker "Sumo" and another lovely lady. They were very helpful and attentive- never let us go hungry!

Overall I enjoyed the sirayanne but it didn’t come without a few (small) issues. Starting with the positives: very clean, room was great, comfortable beds. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was generally very good. Spa was amazing. Negatives: One staff in particular was rather rude for no reason (front desk). They don’t provide free water at all, and 2 bottles was 14 dollars. The same front desk staff did tell us to “treat the maids well” and we may get free water. We tipped quite generously and didn’t get any, and in a 5 star at this price point in a place where it’s not recommended to drink the tap water it was a bit disappointing. Only other thing was quite a lot of kids. I didn’t realize it wasn’t adults only which is on me, but almost everyone there aside from us had kids with them so if that’s not your thing maybe avoid this one. Overall it was a great property and mostly good.

Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.

Great location - close to the souks and centre of the city but still peaceful.

This boutique hotel is in a superb location within walking distance of most tourist attractions and is on a quiet, pedestrian street with no passing traffic. Our double room was small with no real closet space, but the bathroom was functional and modern. We stayed for three nights and lived out of our carry-on suitcases, which wasn't the end of the world. Breakfast (included with our booking) was a modest assortment but the serving ladies helpfully made toast, and eggs any style, on request. The front desk staff were generous and most welcoming, and their willingness to accommodate us was the highlight of our stay. I strongly recommend the Ari Hotel for short and well-priced hotel stays.
