"Staff was friendly and great. The facility was awful! The room and lobby had strong smoke smells, the dirt along the baseboards was really noticeable as were stains in the toilet and peeling paint on walls and patched ceilings. The sheets had visible dirt on them. The room was tiny and overcrowded and the decor was nothing like what’s shown in the listing. "

"The bar was fine but the ice machine and microwave didnt work on our floor. They didnt clean the pool from previous party. How is breakfast complimentary when u have to pay for it. Also still waiting for my money back for the room hold a week later still nothing."

"I needed to extend my stay and the owner/manager is a shyster and cheated me out of $20, lying to me saying i had received a multi day discount and his rate was better than Expedia. I believed him, extended my stay direct with the property, and it wasn’t when I checked later! I walked into the kitchen looking for a knife and fork after hours and was astounded by the filth and disorder from what I saw. That place would massively fail a health inspection and I’ll never go back. I strongly encourage you to pass this place by and stay anywhere else!"

"The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
