"We had bed bugs. Came down to the desk and showed them photos/videos. They said they’d contact us but never did. Asked to speak to manager and was denied. Stay would’ve been fine and if they resolved things this review could’ve been avoided. Shuttle service was down also."

"We had a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom villa! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our trip. The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Just a terrible stay. Room was beyond filthy with the low light being blood stained pillow case and no top sheet on the bedding. Dirty counter and floor. Inoperable door lock. The last three communications with the property owner have gone unanswered. Gotta be a better place to stay."

"Clean, Comfortable Home, close to the Casino. This is the perfect house rental, because it is clean. Beyond housekeeping, I mean no one's left over condiments or food are in the refrigerator. The cabinets are not overflowing with food storage containers. Everything is perfectly appointed. "
