"Check in was excellent, customer service was above and beyond. I had check in supervisor, Michael, help us a lot. It was my hubby’s birthday so he even gave us upgraded the room. Love the view from the balcony. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Parking can be expensive at the hotel plus extra resort fee. I love the beach so the seating area with umbrella and two seat seats on the beach is additional cost. It can get pricey since it the as not included with the stay. We love Hawaii so we will definitely be back. Beautiful pool area and walking distance to everything."

"Our stayed at this location was fine, far from Waikiki. Parking was available with a cost but not as expensive, you could park on the street couple blocks away. Safe location and breakfast was served, including with the stay. If you rent a car, perfect for sightseeing the island. Rooms was comfortable. Front check-in was excellent customer service."

"The property was beautiful, right on Waikiki beach. This was a real treat. I enjoyed the infinity swimming pool. The Ocean View from my room was to die for. They had the pool area lit up beautifully at night. At end of beach you could see Diamond Head. The shops, breakfast and the coffee Café were magnificent. Nicely press coffee. Oh, I so enjoyed. Very close to shops and plenty to see and do. I truly enjoyed my stay. This is the first Hotel review I have ever given. It was because this was a class act all the way. Also, If you forgot anything you had the Macy's nearby and there was nothing you couldn't purchase at an ABC store. I always hung here when I went to Hawaii in the past. Staying as a guest was so much better. I shall be back."

"Great staff, clean rooms. Quiet so you can actually get a good night's rest! Breakfast was awesome. The shuttle from the airport was nice. This is not the Hilton. Rooms and carpeting a little worn around the edges, but everything was as I described and we would stay here again!"
