Holiday Home 'Casa Del Riccio' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Cozze, a district of Mola di Bari, this 130 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people and features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, and the house provides comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and a baby cot. The interior enjoys a wonderful sea view thanks to its seafront location.



Outside, you will find a private garden with a well-equipped patio, ideal for outdoor dining and equipped with a private barbecue. The outdoor area also includes an additional bathroom, a shower, and a fitted kitchenette. Three private balconies offer further spaces to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere, while the outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach.



Shared parking is available on the same street. Public transport is easily accessible just a few meters away. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The house is 30 km from Bari, only 5 km from beautiful Polignano a Mare, and within a 40 km radius you will find some of the most beautiful destinations in Apulia, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, Alberobello with the picturesque Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo and Martina Franca with the Itria Valley, as well as Ostuni, famous for its churches and known as the 'white city'.



In Cozze, you will find several restaurants and pizzerias, also offering takeaway service. Just a few steps from the villa there is a beach club with a pool, bar, and restaurant, available for an extra fee.

Very Convenient Comfortable Apartment

This was a nice property with a comfortable master bedroom and great living space. The outdoor terrace was small, but looked out on the ocean/sea. There was an outdoor space with a barbecue and seating below the apartment that was private. You were literally a block away from the shore and could walk along the water and had access to a few restaurants. Coco Beach Club was nearby and had great service and food. Be aware that some restaurants will be closed after September until tourist season begins. The hosts were fine and communicating English.

Very close to the seeside and a lot of open room with fantastic garden

Pros: Terrace with sea view every morning after wake up is fantastic! Cons: Nothing
