  • Located in Cozze, in Mola di Bari, this 130 m² holiday home on the first floor accommodates up to 5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, with a travel cot available on request. The living room has a sofa bed, and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, bidet, and wall-mounted toilet. The fully equipped kitchen offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, utility sink, and a balcony with drying rack. Enjoy sea views from inside thanks to the seafront location. Thermal break and soundproof windows ensure excellent acoustic insulation.



    Outside, you’ll find a private garden with a well-equipped patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The exterior also features a service bathroom with sink and toilet, an outdoor shower in the garden, and a fitted outdoor kitchenette. The outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach. Three private balconies provide extra space to enjoy the coastal atmosphere.



    Shared parking is available nearby or in designated areas about 500 m from the house. Public transport is just a few metres away. Events are not permitted on the property. The house is 25 km from Bari and 5 km from Polignano a Mare. Within 30 km are Apulia’s top destinations, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The scenic Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, the "white city", is about 40 km away.



    In Cozze, during summer, you’ll find restaurants and pizzerias, including take-away. The coastline is mostly rocky, as shown in the photos. Steps from the house is a beach club with pool, bar, and restaurant hosting music evenings at permitted times (available for an extra charge). For sandy beaches, Lido Calarena is 800 m away, about a 10–12 minute walk.

Very Convenient Comfortable Apartment

This was a nice property with a comfortable master bedroom and great living space. The outdoor terrace was small, but looked out on the ocean/sea. There was an outdoor space with a barbecue and seating below the apartment that was private. You were literally a block away from the shore and could walk along the water and had access to a few restaurants. Coco Beach Club was nearby and had great service and food. Be aware that some restaurants will be closed after September until tourist season begins. The hosts were fine and communicating English.
