Our room was a bit of hike up the stairs and no a/c, but it was a cute room and we were offered a fan to help beat the heat. Very nice staff and great location, the restaurant attached to the hotel is a must eat, best gnocchi I have ever had and our waitress Sheila was absolutely lovely.

Great hotel BUT........
They are very proud about their location.
The swimming pool is in a fabulous location but the huge hedges all around obscure what could be a glorious view.
The garden bar is great with good staff but again the view is obscured by hedges.
The terrace restaurant is fabulous but again with the view obscured.
I don't understand why the management have willingly destroyed the hotel's greatest asset.
Please explain.

Beautiful city and great location. Nice quaint hotel. Able to use city buses to downtown area. Finding parking could be an issue depending on the time of day.
