Room great and large balcony. What let the hotel down was the unfriendly reception and breakfast room staff together with the very poor quality breakfast. Really disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I really enjoyed everything. The daily cleaning of the room and the cleanliness. The spa pool and jacuzzi, the massage which was really great. The restaurant and the way of reception and the excellent food and especially the excellent service and the attention to each person and their wishes with great love and politeness. I enjoyed the bar and the way of reception. The behavior and relationship of the staff and their complete attention to satisfaction and addressing all needs and requests. On the last day, I went to the airport with the hotel shuttle and I think this facility was also very excellent and good and made the return trip comfortable and peaceful. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel for putting the name Nicholas first in the title and its name, instead of using the word hotel first, which actually refers to the beloved Saint Nicholas of this city. I thought about it for a while and liked this respect and attention.

Perfect location for touring Bari. Staff are welcoming and professional. Dinner was delicious and the view from the dining room is beautiful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.
