"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love visiting the Outer Banks every other year and we love this house. Everything is meticulously thought out. The communication with the rental company is outstanding. We will be back!"

"Perfect beach house for families with children. We had a short but awesome time, and will be returning for sure in the future. The beach is a super quick walk away, we did not even feel the need to bring towels to the breach. The porch was AWESOME in the evening as we were able to sit out and just relax in the evenings and listen to the ocean. The kitchen was super easy to work in and the ice and drinking water are all purified which is essential in this area. The hot water heater never ran out and the water pressure was remarkably high even with two showering at once. The washer and dryer were fantastic and we were able to keep everything and everyone clean the entire time. Plenty of beach chairs and some toys even for the kids which was a nice touch. I made an error in the booking dates but the host was super responsive and very helpful. Would recommend HIGHLY to anyone looking to get away."

"House and location were better than I had imagined!! Fully stocked kitchen. Helpful email prior to arriving with tips on staying at the 4x4 location. Super detailed and very helpful since we had not stayed in the 4x4 location before. Quiet, private and peaceful location. Stunning ocean views. Sunrise and sunset views!! Pool is perfect. Multiple decks and ample outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Horses!! Would definitely book this house again!!! Worth every minute of the 10 1/2 hours to get there. Did not want to leave!!"

"Perfect for two. Excellent location for first OBX and off road beach trip. House had everything needed cooking wise except for cutting board. Clean place. Host very helpful, responsive, and respectful. Was surprised at the storage space in garage- perfect for beach chairs/jeep doors etc. stove worked great, just confusing on how to start bake vs boil mode. "Home was nice, clean, and had everything you need to cook, grill, and entertain family. The beach is an also close by and really nice. We saw the wild horses in the drive in and they ran past the house another day. Check in process was smooth. Overall great home and location."
