The delightful Gustave Eiffel market, shops and St Joseph’s Church are just a few minutes away from the apartment. BEAUSOLEIL is very well placed suspended between Monaco and Roquebrune Cap Martin.
Fully equipped apr.80 sq meters, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 king size beds, AC and heating all over. A sofa bed ( sleeps 2 ) in the living room. Dining corner, kitchen, laundry room, balcony and 2 complete bathrooms. All rooms are tastefully decorated. Well secured, electronic gates. Garage available upon request.
Next by you will find a Supermarket and Post office. Within a short walk is the Monte Carlo County Club. This property supplied with 3 modern Air Conditioners which mounted on a walls. DUE TO POSSIBLE FIRE HAZARD DUE TO OVERHEATING OF THE ELECTRICAL PARTS PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THEM SWITCHED ON AND UNATTENDED!!!

Charming apartment steps from Monaco

Apartment was very nice and clean. Air conditioning worked great. Property manager was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again in the future.

Beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea!

Beautiful condo! And the views are spectacular. I would definitely recommend your stay in this location. Very quiet neighborhood. Anna our host was very helpful and arranged a cab service for us. You will need reliable transportation because cabs can be difficult to find in Monte Carlo. Enjoy your stay!

Excellent location and host. If you’re looking to stay near Monaco, this is fantastic adoption. Very walkable 20 minute walk to Casino square. Grocery store right outside. Very clean. Comfortable. Will be back again. Easy check in and check out. Safe. Quite. AC in every room.

It was a beautiful place to stay with a great view! The entire apartment was clean and neat. I would definitely go back to this place. It was walkable and there was a staircase close that could access the beach and downtown. It was perfect.
