"Roof was leaking in our room. Manager changed to another room that had poor air conditioning and we needed a fan. Fan they provided was extremely noisy and disrupted our sleep."

"Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. ..."

"Modern upgrades, good location. AC worked well in heatwave and room was quiet for sleeping. However, we arrived and housekeeping missed some items (fridge, garbage, no shampoo)… towels need a refresh. We had breakfast included- it was okay."
