Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was great, the staff were friendly and the area felt safe. Had lots of fun. Thanks. Highly recommended "
"The hotel is in one of the best locations in the loop. A mile south to the museums or a mile to the river walk.. or jump the train - the train is far enough away to not hear it!
Room was clean, appreciated the recycle water bottles and filtered water on the floor. Awesome overall - clean room, working fixtures, shower had great pressure, nespresso coffees made it a solid go to again. I had to work and the desk worked perfect with a screen under it to even extend if I had the need."
"Great central location for visiting various places. So many restaurants within walking distance. Great and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back again "
"What a great hotel -selected from many close to my conference at the Hyatt. It was also walking distance (1.2 miles) from Union Station (Amtrak). Hotel check-in and check-out is seamless -all done at central kiosk. Hotel staff ever-present to assist. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Every room control (blinds-curtains-climate-TV) accessed by room iPad or cell phone app. Eco friendly -no single use disposables. Hotel nearby to so many dining options and entertainment. Loved the friendly and helpful staff -I would stay here again! "
