"The Pinon was a perfect choice for our weekend getaway. The staff was accommodating. The room was perfect. The size and amenities were pleasing. We walked to the Joscho Steven's concert. We will return."
"Charming, exceedingly gracious staff (bellmen, reception, garage staff, cleaning staff
...), gorgeous updated vintage decor room (fab casement windows, working perfectly to allow in gentle fresh breezes). Super helpful and fun bellman at check-in.
Love the photo-front elevators (beautiful 1800s Santa Fe shots) and the Mexican songsters trio in the lobby for Happy Hour.
Terrific breakfast and service at La Plazuela.
Thumbs up all around!"
"Perfect little inn! Great decor, beautiful setting, welcoming staff, fantastic peaceful place for doggies and their humans to spend the night. Highly recommend!!"
"I stayed at this hotel 18 years ago and would definitely stay here the next time I visit Santa Fe. Great location next to the Railyard. Love the complimentary shuttle and morning coffee bar as well as daily housekeeping. Staff was very friendly and the property is clean."
"The property is beautiful. If you have a vehicle you must use the valet service which can result in added expense of tipping them every time you want to go somewhere. The room was very nice, Bed and bedding were comfortable and best of all, it was quiet. I loved going out on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the weather and stars. The balcony was attached to two others but fortunately, we were always alone out there. If you want to sleep late you may miss the opportunity for housekeeping to clean your room and then you are out of luck. They will, however, provide fresh towels and empty trash upon request. The bathroom is small which isn't necessarily a problem but there is no light in the shower, it is like being in a cave when the curtain is drawn. There is very, very little counter space by the sink to place toiletries in use.
Overall, a very satisfying experience."
