This hotel is great for a relaxing stay. Great location and good food and cocktails. The staff were excellent!

Our stay at the Zacosta was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. George, especially, went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. The daily breakfast in the courtyard was peaceful and very delicious. We highly recommend the suite with the small courtyard for a quiet escape from the business of Old Town. We also enjoyed the convenience to the new town and the port from the hotel as well! Please don’t hesitate to book here for a wonderful experience.

George and Marianna were PHENOMENAL, as was the location and entire property. Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough.

What a fabulous stay we had in September, we very rarely go back, I think we will definitely be coming back again. All the staff were great, they take time out to get to know. I would recommend the seaview suite, it's huge and the views are pretty special. If I had to critique the hotel, 2 things, in the room have an itinery of what's on in the hotel and have a room service menu, I didn't realise i could have ordered a burger for my room in the evening, as we had a great balcony i would have ordered room service. Lastly the swimming could do with a bit of renovation, the bricks that were painted makes it look tired. We'll be back!
