We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. If a kid was left on there own they could have scalded themselves. The electrical outlets needed changing as the adapters did not stay in place. The bed linen was left in packaging for us to...

"A brillaint property, perfectly located to access the slopes and the town. Accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped. Shower was great and property always a lovely temperature. Minor issue over check in information was immediately resolved by host - brilliant service! Very thoughtful welcome gifts were a lovely surprise! We hope to be back next year! "

We were also close to the bars and restaurants and the resort supermarket. "It was very comfy stay. The location of the hotel is great, the spa is nice. People at the reception were kind and helpful (Especially Cedric) The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!"

"The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "
