8.6/10 Excellent! (369 reviews)
Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included.
Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.

The room we stayed in was excellent - well laid out and clean. The entire staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good and as plentiful as anyone would hope for. The spa is incredible - we spent a lovely few hours there.

8.2/10 Very good! (347 reviews)
"The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse ..."
