When I had problem in the room they said they can’t leave the front desk and someone who can help going to be only tomorrow (I was staying one day only) it didn’t make sense for me and I asked to change the room, what also was a problem I had to take all my thing back to the lobby so they can switch the keys and give me keys from a new room"Reviewed October 28, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Vienna (VIE)DUB - VIE • Direct VIE - DUB • Direct€548€448found 1 day agoper traveller - Art Living Vienna

Mönchhof Hotel Deals
"The rooms and hotel were very clean. It is a beautifully renovated old farm house from the 1800's. The only downside is that there is no air-conditioning so be prepared for that. There is a fan in the room that is good. The beds are very comfortable. It is dog friendly! There are lots of bicyclists that stay here and the people are very friendly. they have an ice machine and a nice coffee machine."

"Great location. You have from excellent food options to shopping walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly which means alot to me. The rooms are smaller than what we are used to in America but still cozy and just enough space. Rooms are very clean, and housekeeping staff are amazing. One call for extra towels or blanket and the next 2 minutes they are already at the room. Loved that! Will definitely stay here again if opportunity presents."
"Fantastic place, would highly recommend. Family loved it."

Luis von Weyden"The building and the room was nice, however the bathroom was in a very bad state. I'm surprised they even let the room with the bathroom in this poor condition. It would have been nice to have someone site during check in, but there was clear information about how to get into the room so that was ok. The breakfast was good, the lady who served breakfast was very nice and helpful. I also liked the fact that they cooked the eggs to order. "
"Beautiful place. Great food."
"Clean room in a suburban part of Neusiedl. No staff after 9 on the Sunday we arrived, only a key holder. No elevator. Good Austrian breakfast. Good for travelers passing through for one night."
