"Loverly clean everything like brand new"

"Tudo, principalmente a excelente agilização por parte da agência em tentar com que tivéssemos uma melhor estadia depois da má experiência que tivemos nos primeiros dias na casa anterior devido a erros técnicos do próprio proprietário. Muito segura a casa, com ótima segurança, desde portas eletrônicas, a portadas, a grades, a alarme, ... Nas camas, são desconfortáveis e fazem imenso barulho, deveriam também de colocar mais camas de casal , uma vez que apenas existem duas e para famílias pequenas...

"Ideal zentral gelegen! Nur ein paar Schritte zu einem traumhaften Sandstrand. Nur ein paar wenige Schritte zum Einkaufen. Nur ein paar Schritte zu guten Restaurants. Das Haus ist super gepflegt. Alles tipptopp sauber. Sowohl innen als auch außen, incl. tollem Pool. Wir haben uns mit 9 Personen absolut wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten war immer jemand im 24/7 Modus sofort zu erreichen. Wir sind hellauf begeistert! Bessere Hinweise auf Schlüsselsafe / Zugang zum Haus."

"Villa is in lovely location very quiet set In secluded sunny gardens with pool. Interior in need of updating, furniture is quite basic but serviceable. Had some issues but these were quickly resolved by local agent. Would have been helpful if there was a welcome pack with local information. Can recommend Rabbit restaurant on the nearby beach just a very short walk down the path opposite. "

"Very nice Villa good location did have some maintenance issues good for large group we had 12 adults and were comfortable pool and jacuzzi were good but can be cleaned better. Overall good experience. "

"The property is in a quieter area of Albufeira but only a short drive from the main town or the very good Algarve shopping centre in Guia. The villa has everything you need including aircon in each bedroom and a very well equipped kitchen. The best part of the villa though is the amazing pool area that is so private with all the mature gardens surrounding it. Our kids loved splashing around in the pool whilst we chilled out reading a book or just enjoying the great weather. The only negative...

"Large family get together ranging from young children to grandparents, the property fulfilled everyone's needs. Property had a great aspect overlooking the harbour and town, but far enough away from the many bars."
